My name is Albert Darchiev. I am 18 years old and I am from Russia. Furthermore, I am a senior at Ross School and it is my third year at Ross. I am really interested in sports journalism because it is something that I have been practicing for a long time. Before I created my website, I did a lot of research on the basics of the sports journalism. More specifically, I read several books and attended the sports program at The New York Times. The research during the summer gave me a lot inspiration and experience in the sports sphere. For the three years  at Ross, I did a lot of varsity sports, such as soccer, track & field, and wrestling. I am a silver medalist of the Moscow championship in wrestling and a winner of several Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. Sports are a really important part of my life, so I decided to create this website where I can track all the games at Ross. There are several sections of the website that will help you to explore sports at Ross. One of my biggest goals is to strengthen the spirit of Ross in terms of athletics. I really hope that some students will continue visiting my website and that I will eventually achieve my goal.
